Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rural delivery may incur additional charges.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, rural delivery, public holidays, and courier delays.

Delivery issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at manasolnz@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier where appropriate.

Incorrect address details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. Mana Sol NZ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Authority to leave
If a delivery is left in accordance with courier procedures or delivery instructions, Mana Sol NZ is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been completed.
