Refund policy

At Mana Sol, we take care in packing and sending every order.

Because coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or taste preference once an order has been processed or opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at manasolnz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where required under New Zealand consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

We do not accept returns sent back without contacting us first.

If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
